Feeling stuck?

Let’s get you unstuck with these troubleshooting tips:


Tip 1:

Follow the prompts for VidyoConnect

 

After clicking “Start a Live Class” via The U’s app You will be prompted to download the VidyoConnect app.

Once you download the app, follow the prompts, and allow access to your microphone and camera.

Then click Join to enter.

 

If prompted for a portal address or link, just go back to The U’s app and click “Enter” and choose “Virtual Studio” again.

Once this initial setup is complete, any of your future workouts will be accessed through The U’s app by simply clicking on “Start a live class.”


Tip 2:

Optimize your view for the best Virtual Gym Experience

 

*Pin the Coach* that is leading the workout so you have no distractions!

If you are on a laptop, simply hover over the Coach’s square and click the thumbtack button in the bottom right corner to make them your full screen.

If you are on a tablet or phone, tap on the screen to bring up the main menu.

 
 

Click on the participant icon and then choose to pin your coach.

 
 

Want to take class on the big screen?

If you have a smart TV or utilize a streaming device like Chromecast or Roku, you can mirror your workout on your TV by following these steps.
