POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

Requests for private appointments are handled on a first come, first served basis, and typically require a minimum of 24-hour notice to book for private training and massage. To book your session, please click here to fill our our request form.
Advanced registration is required for all Virtual Gym live classes, which remain open up until the start time of the class. If you are waitlisted, you will receive an email in the event a spot opens up. You must accept the spot once you are notified that it’s open.
For in-person group training and classes, advanced registration is also required. Registration closes promptly an hour before the start time of the workout. All private sessions – training, virtual training, tune-ups and massages – are subject to a 12-hour cancellation policy. Any service cancelled with less than a 12-hour notice will be subsequently charged at full price.
If you are unable to attend your Virtual Gym live class, you must cancel yourself out of the offering prior to the start of the class. If you don’t, you will lose the class (if paid via a drop-in rate) and will be charged a $10 late-cancel fee. If you cancel in time, there will be no additional charge and any drop-in classes will be put back on your account.
If you are unable to attend your in-person group training or class, you must cancel yourself out of the offering no later than an hour prior to the start of the class. If you don’t, you will lose the class. If you cancel in time, there will be no additional charge and the class will be put back on your account.
Canceling a Virtual Gym or On Demand subscription from auto-renewing requires the following cancellation form to be filled out. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours.
Please note that canceling applies to the next reoccuring payment; as noted in additional terms and conditions, all subscriptions are non-refundable.

All drop-in classes and 10-packs expire 90-days from date of purchase.
All private services purchased – private training, tune ups and massages – expire 1 year from date of purchase.

All services and packages are non-transferrable and cannot be used by anyone other than the purchaser, with the exception of our Virtual Gym subscriptions, which can be used exclusively by members of the purchasing household.
Our 3- and 6-month virtual gym subscriptions options cannot be refunded for any reason. They can, with a doctor’s note, be put on hold for a maximum of 60 days.
All virtual gym subscriptions are active from the date of sale.
Participants in The U’s Virtual Gym accept that control of each user’s camera and microphone are controlled by The U’s staff in order to provide the brand’s interactive experience. While users can mute themselves or turn their cameras off at any time, they are advised that this function can be overridden.
