A wellness motivator on a mission for helping others, Jessica’s approach to health is heavily rooted on the foundation of redefining what it means to feel your best.

With a B.S. in Exercise Science and Health and Human Performance from Roanoke College, Jessica aims to help her clients understand how their bodies were destined to move by focusing on functional fitness. She achieves this armed with over a decade of experience in producing results, and her knowledge obtained through certifications acquired from respected institutions such as NASM, AFFA, TRX and PaddleFit.

In addition to her talents as a coach, Jessica most recently served as the Health and Fitness director for the Darien Y, where she was directly responsible for an extensive array of fitness programming, staff development and all elements of the member experience. It was during this time that she became certified as a Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in order to be able to address her population’s wellness on a wholistic level.

A new mom of a beautiful baby girl, Jessica’s pregnancy and postpartum recovery has inspired her to further her reach by becoming a Corrective Exercise Specialist for pre/postnatal women.
